First Communion at St. Michael’s

On Saturday, June 10, 2017, 195 children received their First Holy Communion at St. Michael Chaldean Catholic Church. The 99 boys and 96 girls were split into two groups, with the first group receiving at 9AM and the second at 12PM. The two Masses were both celebrated by His Excellency, Mar Shlemun Warduni the Apostolic Administrator.

The day of First Holy Communion is always a rewarding experience, especially for the children receiving as well as the teachers who prepare them. May God bless and keep the children who received Jesus today for the first time.
