Youth Arrive in San Diego

Over 300 youth arrived in San Diego on Thursday, July 19 for the 5th Biennial Youth Convention taking place at St. Peter Cathedral. The youth came from all the parishes of the diocese, California, Arizona and Nevada. Some drove for as long as 8 hours to make it on time for registration and dinner at the Cathedral.

After registering in the Educational Center, the youth had dinner outside and were able to get some refreshment after a long day of travel. A special thanks goes out to all the people who volunteered with dinner and registration. 

The Youth Convention will continue through Sunday.
