Pre-Convention Meeting

On Saturday, July 8, 2006, the planning committee for the Youth Convention had a meeting at St. George Chaldean Monastery to discuss important issues regarding the Chaldean Assyrian Youth Convention that will take place at St. Paul Church in North Hollywood on July 20-23, 2006. Bishop Sarhad Yawsip Jammo attended the meeting along with other pastors from the other parishes. Fr. Noel Georges and Fr. Tomy Tomik discussed detailed information about the schedule of the convention. Also present in the meeting was Fr. Anderaws from St. George Church in Santa Ana and representatives from St. Peter’s Church and St. Michael’s Church in San Diego, and also from St. Awraha Church in Arizona.
