"If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you."

        Following the example and the command of the Lord, Mar Sarhad Yawsip Jammo washed the feet of twelve boys representing the twelve apostles on Holy Thursday, just before celebrating the Mass of the Lord's Supper. St. Peter Cathedral was nearly full for this event which continued the commemoration of the dramatic events of Holy Week.
